Booking Information and Deadlines

We have held a certain number of rooms in each room category. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure that your preferred room is available.

All bookings must be submitted by November 1, 2026. A $200 non-refundable room deposit is required to reserve your room.

A second deposit of 50% of your total room cost is due on December 1, 2026.

Final payment is due on January 15, 2027. We must release all of the rooms in the group block by January 15, so all reservations must be made and paid in full by this date. You will receive a courtesy reminder 7-10 days in advance of each payment deadline.

After December 1, all payments are non-refundable unless travel insurance is purchased. If you choose to purchase optional travel insurance, the insurance premium (total cost of travel insurance) is due within 21 days of the time of deposit.

Accommodations and Pricing

All-inclusive resorts are priced per person based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

We have reserved rooms in the room categories listed below. The rates below are based on two adults sharing a room. The rates for one person to stay alone in a room at all-inclusive resorts are much higher than the per person cost of two adults sharing a room.

If you do not see your preferred category listed, please reach out to Alexis Berlin (alexis@travelwithawestruck.com), and we may be able to request that your preferred room be added to the block.

Suite
Per person rate for two adults sharing:
3 Nights: $1,165.70 per person
4 Nights: $1,535.94 per person
5 Nights: $1,906.17 per person
6 Nights: $2,276.40 per person
7 Nights: $2,646.64 per person

4 Nights: $1,609.55 per person
5 Nights: $1,998.18 per person
6 Nights: $2,386.82 per person
7 Nights: $2,775.45 per person

What's included? These rates are listed per person, and include:
• Hotel accommodations
• All-inclusive food and beverage, including alcohol and room service
• Hotel taxes
• All wedding events & activities
• 20% off spa services (excluding spa products)
• Preferential golf rates at Iberostar Golf courses in Cancun, Playa Paraiso, and Bavaro

Travel with Awestruck will also manage roundtrip airport transfers, and transfer pricing will be quoted after the block is closed to secure the best possible per-person rates based on flight arrival times.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. After receiving the deposit, you may make as few or as many payments as you would like, as long as the required amount is paid in advance of each payment due date.

Why book into the group block?

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group and has a group contract that allows the resort to offer additional benefits for guests of the wedding.

There are several reasons why you should honor the couple’s wishes and book the hotel portion of your trip within the block:
• Set rates: The couple has worked with Travel with Awestruck to negotiate a contract for the entire group, including a special set rate and amenities for group members.
• Payment flexibility: Group guests can pay for their room over the course of several months, vs having to pay the entire room cost at the time of booking.
• VIP status: Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you will miss out on some VIP treatment and special amenities if you book outside of the block.
• Priority rooming assignments: Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you will likely get a room that couldn't be sold to a group. This room will be leftover inventory, most often in an undesirable location away from the rest of the group.
• Protection in case of oversold resorts: Groups are given priority in an oversold situation. If the hotel oversells, this group is protected by our contract, but your reservation is not. If you book outside of this block, you could be moved to a different resort.

Guests who do not book within the group contract, unfortunately:
• Are not eligible for group rates and amenities as listed above
• Will have to pay the full cost of their room up-front, instead of over-time
• Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support, or post-trip support from Travel with Awestruck’s award-winning team. Unfortunately, our team cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can we assist in the event of an emergency
• May be required to pay a day pass on the property to attend wedding events. This is not at the discretion of the couple or Travel with Awestruck and is a requirement of the resort. Day pass sales are not guaranteed and are extremely limited.

For Iberostar The Club members, please reach out to Alexis to inquire regarding exceptions.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, all US travelers, including infants and children, must have a passport. We recommend checking your passport now to see if you need to renew – please don't wait until the last minute!

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have six months of validity on their passport after their return trip date. A passport card or enhanced driver's license is not valid for international air travel. The only acceptable document is the passport book. Please visit the U.S. Department of State website to learn more about the application process.

US Customs and Border Protection recommends that any child under age 16 traveling without both legal guardians should have a notarized Child Travel Consent signed by both legal guardians. Having the consent notarized decreases the chances of travel authorities questioning its validity.

Itinerary

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than April 8, 2027 to enjoy the wedding festivities.

How to Reserve Your Room

Each room must complete the form below. Guests sharing a room should designate one person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).

1. Gather your information. We will need the full passport name (including middle names if listed on your passport) and date of birth for each person in your room. Still waiting for your passport? No worries! Just use the name you used or will use on your passport application.
2. Complete the form in its entirety. Select the number of passengers traveling in your room, and the form will dynamically create spaces for everyone in your group. Only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the form are required.
3. Submit your form. Once we receive the form, our team will review, book your room, and then send an invoice for you to review and approve before you pay your deposit.

You will receive your invoice with a link to pay the deposit within 48 hours from the time you submit your request form

Flights and Transfers

While the group requests that you book your room in our group block, you are welcome to book your own airfare. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding flights when you're ready. If you book your flights, please forward your airline confirmation email to alexis@travelwithawestruck.com no later than February 15, 2027. This is how we schedule your transportation pick-up at your destination.

The best airport option for this hotel is Cancun International Airport. When searching for flights, the airport code is CUN. If you would like assistance with flights, we are happy to help. A $50 ticketing fee is included in all of our air quotes.

Travel Insurance

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change. The insurance cost is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest. Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will not work outside of the United States.
